unrest

the only thing i really know of
is unrest
not pain or sadness, happiness or love or peace
but unrest...
it changes me and makes me new
...turns upside down and then i don't know
where was it that i began
and where will i reach and when?

and yet i m one of the few i know
who can really really rest
perhaps because i know unrest
and know him really well/and know her really well!
